From the upper shoulder, this great value cut has US origins. Full of deep flavor, Fatty and tender with a strong pork flavor, this bone-in butt roast is a welcomed favorite at holiday meals. Slow cook it in the oven for a delicious pulled pork. We leave the blade bone in for flavor.
